I can't log in. What should i do?
1. Forgotten username and/or password
- You can recover your password here.
- This will take you to a page that allows you to enter your username and receive an email containing a link.
- Clicking this link within the email will take you to a page where you can choose and confirm a new password.
- You can then log onto OpenAd.net using your new password
If you receive an error message stating that the username you entered does not exist, please contact client.support@openad.net.
2. Password recovery email not recived
- Check your Spam/Junk/Bulk Mail folder in case the message got misrouted.
- Try several email addresses in case you didn't use your primary one for OpenAd.
- Try recovering your username instead of your password. You may have forgotten your username and might therefore be sending password recovery emails to another user. (We recommend trying this even if you think you are sure of your username.)
3. Continual prompting to login.
If you repeatedly get bounced back to the login screen, and not receiving a message regarding an incorrect username or password, then this is caused by your browser not retaining your login information correctly. To fix this you need to troubleshoot your browser, so please try the following:
- Clear your cache.
- Check your cookie settings.
- Check your Internet settings.
- Check your javaScript settings.
- Close all windows of your browser and restart it.
- Use another browser (for example FireFox, Opera, Safari)
4. Last Resorts.
- Restart your computer.
- Try a different computer.
- Try a different Internet connection.
- Take a deep breath - the world isn't ending - write us for help. Be sure to give us as much information as you can about your account and the problems you are experiencing
