Idea prices

In this section we'll take you through how OpenAd.net ideas are priced.
Key points
  1. The Creative always sets the prices for ideas in the Gallery. They can do this by either:
    1. following OpenAd.net Standard Pricing System. Here the price for the idea is calculated according to the power of the market the idea will be used in, the size of the Buyer (by revenue), the duration of use of the idea, and the number and type of elements that constitute the idea
    2. disregarding OpenAd.net Standard Pricing System. This allows Creatives to set their own price.
  2. However, if you hold a pitch, then YOU can set your own licence price. (If you decide not to then the Creatives who reply to your pitch will set their own price). OpenAd.net guarantees that a minimum of 20 ideas will be pitched to you.
  3. The price ratio between a 12-month licence and a perpetual licence is 1:2. For example, if a 12-month licence were $4000, then the perpetual licence would be $8000.
  4. The Creative always receives the full licence fee amount when an idea is purchased (minus any cash prize already awarded).
  5. Prices can't be negotiated once they have been set.
